Cartier, Michael Kors and Bvlgari rub shoulders with elegant cafés and restaurants, and even the Atera spa. Art lovers will love the Grove Gallery. Shopping here is tax-free, but requires a nice little budget. But it's still fun to stroll around and window-shop.
