This landscaped promenade runs along the Platinum Coast from Sandy Lane to Heron Bay (near the Colony Club). The 2.5 km course winds past sandy beaches, legendary hotels like the Sandpiper, prestigious restaurants (like The Tides) and beach bars. You'll pass the estuary and mangroves of "The Hole", the small channel from which the town takes its name, to reach Folkestone Park and the Coral Reef Club. This is a nesting ground for turtles. If you find a baby turtle in trouble, point it out to sea so that it can get in on its own.
