It is a beautiful place. The staff was very friendly and paid a lot of attention. When you are at the beach you feel like in paradise!

This is possibly the lousiest place to go to in Praslin. Terrible quality of service from the entrance gate of the hotel.
On 13.10.2023, around 5pm,we went there for a drink in one of their bars/restaurants, we arrive at the gates of the hotel, the security guard would not let us in because as he said: “it is too late for a drink we are preparing the restaurants for dinner”, accordingly we change our plans and ask him to let us in for dinner. After a short discussion with his colleague, he comes back and tell us that we cannot go in as we have not made a reservation in advance; I am still wondering as to why a restaurant or any service institution would to refuse accept customers, this is simply beyond my understanding. Don’t go there…

We take good note of your comment, and we regret that you had such an impression about us. Indeed after 5 pm, we require a reservation to access the food and beverage outlets. This is to ensure that we focus on our resident guests, as the occupancy of the resort is high and the seating capacity in the restaurants is limited. Based on your comment, we shall certainly reinforce training to ensure that the information is shared with as much empathy as possible.
Should you still be on Praslin, please don't hesitate to get in contact with me, I will be delighted to make necessary arrangements for a reservation at one of our excellent outlets. We have enjoyed a very strong reputation of excellence since the creation of the hotel in 1999, Constance Lemuria is an institution of the luxury hospitality industry in the Seychelles, and I am truly sorry that you felt that way. It was obviously not our intention and I wish to apologize.
It is my hope that you will give us another chance to prove you that Constance Lemuria is one of the very best places in the country.

1 etoile mais nous n y avons pas séjourné.
Pour se rendre à Anse Kerlan tous les sites nous indique de passer par le check point pour s y rendre .
Force de vous dire que l entree nous a été refusé pourtant les plages sont public et le garde nous sommes d y accéder en bateau et certainement pas par le chemin de l hôtel.
Mise à part comprendre que cette hotel haut de gamme ne possède aucune plage privée mais s attribue Anse kerlan par voie terrestre je ne voit pas d autre explication.
Le littoral est public , comme pour Anse Georgette nous ne pouvons y accéder autrement.
Donc pour Anse Georgette c est ok pour Anse kerlan non ?
Un peu limite et pour cette raison nous ne réserverons pas cette chaîne.

Honteux cette privatisation de plage public petite anse kerlan. Est-ce bien légal ???? Si ça vous fait baisser votre note tant mieux, j'invite tout le monde à le faire !!!
