The queen here is the crêpe, in all its variations: savoury with buckwheat flour, for classic wholemeal crepes, or special crepes, always inspired by the Breton chef! And there's no shortage of sweet wheat-flour crepes either! Brittany ciders and beers are also available. On the strength of its success, the brand is exporting well beyond Brittany: an eponymous restaurant already exists in Guadeloupe and Cavalaire-sur-Mer (83).
