Restaurant offering many menus with local and fresh products.

This beautiful hotel also boasts a much-appreciated restaurant, and rightly so. In a cosy setting, Aurélie welcomes you, while Gaëtan Crespin offers you the mastery of a great chef, proposing dishes à la carte or on a flexible menu, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. These include duck foie gras, veal sweetbreads with polenta and delicious root vegetables, and venison haunch. For dessert, the apple caramelized with Calvados is beyond reproach. A word of advice: make a reservation!

Fantastic food. Meat and especially fish cooked to perfection ???? Very nice flavour-combinations and professional service. Definitely worth a visit!
(Strawberries on top of dessert are cooked and haven't gone bad)

Chambre à rafraîchir petit soucis de plomberie.

Pour les points positifs nous avons un très bon accueil et service, et des assiettes bien travaillées et excellentes. En négatif une salle assez bruyante (carrelage au sol, il faudrait penser à un autre revêtement), refaites récemment mais un peu impersonnelle. Une carte très limitée en choix ; c’est assez court. Enfin des prix plutôt élevés au regard de ces quelques défauts néanmoins corrigeables.
