This beautiful hotel also boasts a much-appreciated restaurant, and rightly so. In a cosy setting, Aurélie welcomes you, while Gaëtan Crespin offers you the mastery of a great chef, proposing dishes à la carte or on a flexible menu, with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. These include duck foie gras, veal sweetbreads with polenta and delicious root vegetables, and venison haunch. For dessert, the apple caramelized with Calvados is beyond reproach. A word of advice: make a reservation!
