JACK SPRAT RESTAURANT
This fusion restaurant is an excellent creative address in an elegant modern chalet setting with bay windows. On the menu, there is little choice, but the seasonal ingredients are carefully selected, organic or farm produce for the fruits and vegetables, with a concern for animal welfare for the meats, local and ultra fresh. It is not impossible to start with scallops from Kodiak sautéed with an emulsion of three peppers, zucchini, corn, baby greens and onions, and to continue with a Korean Bibimbop. Brunch on weekends
