THE GRIND

Before or after a day on the slopes or hiking the trails, what could be better than a good coffee? In the heart of Girdwood, in the little cottage called The Grind, John roasts the house coffee on site. The beans come from Kenya, Colombia, Honduras and Costa Rica. Amidst the books and postcards, you slump on the couch with your cup. A very nice barista also officiates in the morning. A simple and friendly place where the locals like to take a break or have their coffee in take away before going to work.
