Hotel offering comfortable rooms with good value for money in a pleasant setting on the edge of the Chugach forest.
On the main road, 30 min before arriving in Seward, in the place called Moose Pass, this lodge is quietly located and offers 22 small rooms with mini bathrooms, but comfortable and reasonably priced for the area. It's old-fashioned but well kept, with Alaskan bedspreads. It's nestled in a green setting on the edge of the Chugach National Forest, on the way to Trail Lake. The food here is excellent, especially the burgers. And how about a nightly game of pool at the bar? Live music on weekends.
