Mathieu Gaudeau, a talented young chef, runs brilliantly his restaurant. The quality of the prepared dishes is always excellent. Not only are they delicious, but also they are beautiful. The leader pays great attention to their presentation. So, for example, the duck breast is accompanied by roasted fruit and balsamic fruit, the cod fillet is presented with a mashed peas, chorizo and coriander… The associations of colours and materials hold an important place for the greatest happiness of our eyes then our tastebuds. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very pleasant, the decoration mixes design with the Burgundian character of the room. The open kitchen allows you to contemplate the chef working.
