The Bistro des Buds Place Madeleine quietly took its place among the good beaunoises tables. Marc Glover is well known for his chef's talents and his sociable temperament who holds the reins, accompanied by his wife Virginie. Completely refurbished, kitchens on the terrace, by the bar and the toilets, the Bistro des Buds which makes wine bar and restaurant inspires total trust. We feel good! The dishes are simple and traditional. Daily, suggestions of the day and 300 wines with glass complemented by a map of 50 references, more than half of which are less than euros the bottle. Our little pleasure? Enjoy a glass of Montrachet in the afternoon accompanied by some snails from Bourgogne. We don't get tired of it!
