Tast'Vin, Virginie and Nicolas Di Sério's restaurant with its neo-retro, urban, even vintage style, really pleases. The bar is as majestic as ever and of course Virginie and Nicolas give the place its soul. The style continues in the large room where the modern furniture, the contemporary lighting and the 1970's paper backdrop give a chic feel. The menu has been simplified, but remains deeply rooted in the flavours of Burgundy, with the added creativity and subtlety of chef Stéphane Giboulot.
