This restaurant brings you "the essential" of the good, simple and reinvigorating cuisine with some Burgundian accents scattered in every dishes. Arnaud and Alexandra Rubeck are at the helm of the establishment. Arnaud is in charge of the kitchen and he composes your dishes. He shows imagination each midday for the elaboration of the daily special worthy of your hunger and your gustatory expectations. It can be beef a fine beef piece, a thigh of candied duckling, a filet mignon with mustard of Provence, a roast veal cut... Dishes of the terrois as we like. Recently, the à la carte menu offers you a traditional gluten-free menu and adapted to the vegetarian people. A beautiful initiative indeed! All is homemade and the à la carte changes according to the seasons. You can find there delicious mixed salads, a bourguignon beef, a pike perch with white butter and tonka bean and original desserts like the chocolate molten cake and its ice-cream or chantilly with the wasabi. A delight. Another originality of the address, you can leave with an element of the restaurant because you can buy everything in. Thus, the decoration of the restaurant is regularly renewed and yours too. L'Essentiel is an original restaurant where you will feel good.
