Home-made cooking by chef Franck Leroy in a restaurant in Beaune.
Au Raisin Gourmand deserves its success for all its services, a restaurant that is already 10 years old and offers a typical brasserie menu in a neat and contemporary setting. Isabelle Boillereau surrounded by a professional team including Franck Leroy, her chef de cuisine, maintain the image of a serious house where the atmosphere is always lively and friendly. The menu offers a very wide choice of homemade dishes. Some suggestions become classics such as the veal head with gribiche sauce or the lobster salad, a meal salad with fisherman's accents and crispy vegetables. During the day, mussels and french fries are visibly appreciated, as well as the electric stone cooking evenings which have become a speciality of the house, the rooms are equipped with magnificent hoods above the tables to capture the smoke from your cooking. Between the quality of the dishes, the speed of the service and a warm welcome, everything contributes to satisfying customers!
