The romantic façade with its column balconies is visible from Square Carnot. Once inside, you can choose between several spaces, bistro chairs or high tables, armchairs. Isabelle and Fred, happy to hold this new fashionable place created by Stéphane Guidot in the heart of the city, offer you a cuisine that varies every midday, based on fresh and regional produce. In the evening, after awakening your senses with burgundy accents, let yourself be tempted by a varied and accessible menu of products such as burger or tartare beef, salmon or linguine, working to get rich flavors of truffles, Epoisses or morilles. The room upstairs is majestic with ceiling height and chandeliers, very bright the day. From a large volume without a pillar, it is ideal for a group.
Try the Chalet, this is a completely unexpected place here, even if we are close to the Beaune mountain, which transports you into the atmosphere of a ski resort in season. Decoupling guaranteed by the decor and good odors of scratches, Golden Gold or meldue. We had to dare and it was a great success.
