CAVEAU SAINT-JEAN
Restaurant in Beaune offering pizzas and local cuisine.
The Saint John cellar, taken up by Eric Buy at the end of 2010, maintains even its capital of attraction. The recent decoration of the broken white and white colours of the contemporary style certainly contributes to it, but the essentials come from the kitchen. Eric maintained the offer of a wide range of pizza always well-filled and copious. They can be delivered to you on Beaune, a unique service! Side cards and menus play the area with a few emblematic dishes of the region, such as snails, Burgundy beef and the beef and its various sauces. The accompaniments come out of classical frying to switch to saison vegetables or recipes. Terrine house, shades of foie gras, cod, cooking is simple but goûteuse and is appreciated by customers. In particular the noon whose formulas have their little success: one, two or three dishes is according to your appetite but with great respect for the wallet. And to finish a good roasted coffee in the region please!
