Seafood and local dishes served in a quality restaurant in Beaune.
Le Grand Bleu is a specialist in seafood and other fish dishes. The decoration of the Marine room reflects this with a predominant blue with woodwork and ropes along the walls. However, there are nice surprises like the vaulted stone vault which reminds us that the restaurant also offers local dishes. All seafood comes directly from Bretagne and with guaranteed freshness. To enjoy them, we recommend the Grand Bleu menu. On the program and depending on the season, salmon, prawns, turbot, bar and everything is cooked with great accuracy and precision. À la carte, you will also have the pike-perch, the scallops and even a fisherman's soup that you can taste as if you were at the sea. As for "earth" products there are parsley ham, snails casserole, beef fillet with sauce pepper. This restaurant favours quality and fresh products and all meals are well presented right from the menu of the day which is affordable and famous.

Au menu : chèvre chaud pris dans une pâte filo, accompagné de mesclun, des rognons sauce moutarde et ananas frais. Le tout fort bien présenté, en quantité suffisante. Et un très bon rapport qualité prix pour les 3 services de la formule à 19 €.
Le vivier et la salle intérieur était vide et le service était pas sympathique et du lenteur expert ion elle.
Clairement pas recommandable
We say quickly that we have 45 minutes to eat. The service is made with friendly but the waitress does not know the menu at all and does not remember the choices. The person next to had us time to eat its entrance and its dish before we ayions our dishes... at the end of 40 minutes waiting.
The food is good but not unforgettable... and does not justify the visit.
These different points therefore lead me has to say you to get your way: obviously there is crowds of restaurants has Beaune every Sunday evening, also open, which await you.
