Home-made cuisine by a restaurant in Beaune specialising in Charolais beef and fish.
At the head of this beautiful establishment, there is Thierry Broin and his son Damien. Both have a great passion for the breeder's charolais beef and cook her with talent. Recently, the restaurant has undergone some work to offer you a new modern decoration, completely in the air of time. Beautiful yellow and purple colours, a large fireplace, benches, armchairs, art tables, sifted light… the result is very successful. However, the French ceiling has retained all its charm and the meat is still cooked in wood fire, directly in the chimney. You will have understood it, here it is absolutely necessary to taste charolais beef in different forms: rib, rib to bone, faux, loin mudflap, tartar and sometimes even cooked to Burgundy! A real treat. But that is not everything. Surprisingly, there are also à la carte fish such as smoked salmon or trout net. Almost all or almost is home, including greedy desserts. A visit absolutely.

Les viandes sont vraiment savoureuses et très bien cuites, certes le prix peut sembler un peu élevé mais la qualité du mets et de la préparation le justifie. Vous y passerez un bon et délicieux moment !
