An excellent Michelin 1-star restaurant nestled in a former 19th-century winegrower's house, now converted into a 5-star hotel. In the murmurings of a park, a stone's throw from the Hospices, Chef Jordan Billan combines the magic of flavors drawn from the sources of Burgundy's terroir with brio: inventive, fine cuisine, with a special mention for the pigeon smoked with vine shoots! By the fireside, under the molded ceilings or in the shade on the terrace, the moment is divine. Over 600 wines on the à la carte menu. Romantic lounge bar. Staff attentive to every need.

Absolutely amazing stay. Top service, top restaurant...recommended also for the most demanding travellers. Great location to explore Beaune and really fantastic restaurant - we had very innovative menu and enjoyed it much. You pay a price but you get top service.

Cadre extrêmement agréable (jardin, en été). Cuisine tres intéressante aussi bien au niveau gustatif que visuel. Service de tres bon niveau.
