Since November 2023, Bastien Guillon, the new friendly and smiling manager, has taken over this brasserie with its Parisian flair and friendly, cheerful atmosphere. The teams remain unchanged, with chef Christophe Chartenay and his brigade cooking up homemade dishes based on fresh produce and Burgundian specialties. Beef steak with Epoisses sauce and veal chop with morel mushroom sauce are sure to please even the most discerning palate. The pizzas are excellent. On sunny days, take advantage of the first rays of sunshine on the terrace for a menu of the day or a light snack.
