LE GALION
Traditional restaurant in Beaune with terrace and a menu translated into English.
Simple and generous, the Galion's table is in the image of its owner, Frédéric Laleure. On Place Ziem, from the terrace of this bistro with a relaxed and family atmosphere, you can admire the 17th century façade of the former Carmelite convent. Opt for the menu and its beautiful starter: sorrel and spinach royale, perfect egg, gravlax of Jura trout, sweet garlic cream, croutons. A nice place to take a break at any time, wine by the glass and let the suggestions on the daily slate proposed by the captain take you on a journey.
