Home-made Burgundian cuisine by chef Florent Imbault in a restaurant with terrace in Beaune.

Le Béléna is a success story, a must-visit brasserie where diners return for the quality, diversity and value of the dishes, and for the attentive service of a team managed by Eric Voranget and Véronique Masclaux. It's chef Florent Imbault and his brigade who, with original regional dishes and inventive recipes based on seasonal produce, seduce the palate. Beuchelle, truffle sauce and vegetable clafoutis or confit veal chuck, dishes served on white tablecloths with poppies on the walls.

excellente brasserie, je savais qu'elle avait bonne réputation et habitant pas loin je voulais tester depuis longtemps. Je n'ai pas été déçue, j'ai mangé une excellente andouilette Bobosse. je recommande vivement. Service efficace et souriant

Nous avons été séduit par le menu bourguignon ! C'est un sans faute dans les goûts, avec notamment une joue bourguignonne comme nous en avons rarement mangé !
La carte des vins est suffisamment riche pour y trouver son bonheur. Nous nous sommes laissé tenter par leur coup de cœur : un délice !
Le service est un peu speed mais le tout dans la courtoisie.

The very good entrance stays, for my part I took the egg trio in poached. For the dish we took fish served with potato dumplings (not very complete) and a hamburger with fries, it was very good is well cooked; however the fries was not fresh fries but to defrost. The dessert was nevertheless very good. The cuisine of Béléna is not justified by its price.
