MAISON DU COLOMBIER
Chef Roland Chanliaud's restaurant in Beaune in a listed building with gîtes and terrace.
The beautiful listed building that houses the establishment is certainly not lacking in charm or interest. From gourmet restaurant to wine bar to urban gîtes, La Maison du Colombier attracts many guests year-round. The building dates back to 1574, and has retained its rustic charm of exposed stone while blending in chic modern elements. At the helm of this fine temple to savoir-vivre is chef Roland Chanliaud, a passionate epicurean gastronome. The concept is to offer different dishes each week, with ideas drawn from seasonal produce. Veal tartar with hazelnuts, Minestrone with foie gras and black truffles, Figatelle polenta with chestnuts, chopped chuck confit with red wine... all mouth-watering proposals that can be paired with undisguised pleasure with a glass of good wine from the sublime menu of... 900 references. A delightful place to dine on the terrace in summer, or in the cosy dining room in winter. A high-quality address.
