Loiseau des Vignes is one of four Groupe Bernard Loiseau restaurants in Burgundy. The dining room, steeped in history, is enhanced by contemporary decor. A special feature of the Bernard Loiseau establishments, particularly the one in Beaune, is the wine library, which occupies an entire wall and offers access to 70 references of wines, most of which are impossible to find. The talent and passion of the chef, Alexandre Dutat, make this restaurant an experience not to be missed, with a unique blend of traditional and modern local cuisine.

Être au restaurant L’Oiseau des Vignes est une parenthèse des l’arrivée jusqu’àu dessert . Les plats sont des bouquets de saveur , présentation agréable et personnel très professionnel . Un détour à faire comme la visite des Hospices de Beaune .

Quel bon moment à l’oiseau des vignes .Tout était parfait: les escargots au persil et ail confit d’une grande finesse . Le filet de canard : une cuisson parfaite , un jus subtil et des petits pois frais cuits croquants . Les desserts d’une grande finesse egalement en particulier la crème brûlée a l’anis . Des vins magnifiques et un service parfait .
