Loiseau des Vignes is one of four Groupe Bernard Loiseau restaurants in Burgundy. The dining room, steeped in history, is enhanced by contemporary decor. A special feature of the Bernard Loiseau establishments, particularly the one in Beaune, is the wine library, which occupies an entire wall and offers access to 70 references of wines, most of which are impossible to find. The talent and passion of the chef, Alexandre Dutat, make this restaurant an experience not to be missed, with a unique blend of traditional and modern local cuisine.

Déçu....service simple..pas de nappe, assiette on ne peut plus ordinaire. Lors de la présentation du plat servi sans précision du contenu.
Coté gustatif correct mais peu de recherche coté découverte saveur.

Sublime, nous avons très très bien mangé. Cuisine traditionnelle avec des produits frais, ce qu’il faut de créativité, de gastronomie, bref un excellent restaurant pour un excellent moment passé ! De plus le service est au top avec une équipe jeune et dynamique au service du client. Je recommande à 100%.
