Bistrot beaunois with local wines and fresh products.
It's a new kid coming to the beaunoise city! Le Maufoux is the little bistro, as the owners of Le Soufflot de Meursault like to say, so much to say that with such references, one can settle down confident. Indeed, installed in the spring of 2019, it is Laurianne Maurillon, Jérémy Pèze's partner, who with her enthusiasm manages this small establishment. Small in capacity, but not for its qualities, because, limited to about twenty places, the attendance proves that value does not wait for the number of years. The formula is simple, since only one menu appears on the menu, which changes every two months or so. In two or three dishes as desired, which can be composed among three proposals for starters, main courses and desserts. Country terrine, parsley snails, veal blanquette, perfect egg meurette... Fresh, seasonal and homemade products, of course, and wines from local winegrowers. Enjoying yourself and giving pleasure are the key words of Le Maufoux! Attention the establishment has given itself the luxury of closing on weekends, book early!
