Stéphane Léger, an experienced chef and former starred chef, has made 8 Clos an address not to be missed. Accompanied by Vanessa, his wife, and Pierre, his son, he offers a bistronomic cuisine with the right combination of fresh and seasonal products. The long room with black skai benches and exposed stones, the rooms upstairs are top. Croustillant of calf's head with leek confit, Tourte au foie gras and coq au vin, Truite de Crisenon with morels and yellow wine are exquisite. Superb cellar and wine list which are also to take away.
