Restaurant offering an inventive slate and 100% home-made dishes in Beaune.

It is asmall restaurant from Beaune born in 2020 that hides its game well. Julien Pfluger, whose regional career has been punctuated by renowned and even starred restaurants, regales us with beautiful dishes that are 100% homemade. The risotto of snails in parsley and sweet garlic emulsion has become the reference dish. On the slate, there are choices to satisfy every desire between land and sea. The Burgundian menu is popular because it subtly revisits the classics. We love the simplicity of the place, the quality of the dishes, the reasonable prices and the talent: the art of being in the right place at the right time!

Super resto accueil au top et la cuisine tout était divin on a pris des œufs en meurette quand les assiettes sont arrivées rien qu à l odeur on savait qu on allait se régaler et franchement c était les meilleurs œufs en meurette qu on ait jamais mangé la carte n est pas grande ce qui est bon signe les produits sont frais et tout est fait maison on a fini par des assiettes de fromage local et une mousse au chocolat blanc une tuerie bref un super moment entre 4 copines on recommande ce resto et on reviendra c est sûr

Menu très bien présenté et à un prix très correct.

Le restaurant a été privatisé pour accueillir notre groupe! Cuisine " maison" et très variée de très bonne qualité : par exemple un excellent jambon persillé à la moutarde, goûteux ! Menus variés ! Service irréprochable, ambiance familiale !
Nous recommandons vivement cet établissement au décor chaleureux !
