It is asmall restaurant from Beaune born in 2020 that hides its game well. Julien Pfluger, whose regional career has been punctuated by renowned and even starred restaurants, regales us with beautiful dishes that are 100% homemade. The risotto of snails in parsley and sweet garlic emulsion has become the reference dish. On the slate, there are choices to satisfy every desire between land and sea. The Burgundian menu is popular because it subtly revisits the classics. We love the simplicity of the place, the quality of the dishes, the reasonable prices and the talent: the art of being in the right place at the right time!
