Slanted Door is one of the restaurants of chef Charles Phan, voted best chef in California by the James Beard Foundation and a pioneer of modern Vietnamese cuisine in the United States. The entire team was trained by this chef. There are no menus here, all dishes are à la carte and available to share. The courtyard dining room, under a mobile glass roof, is open in summer and overlooks the kitchen. The chic and refined private dining room is already a must.
