Adeline Grattard, former head chef at the Yam'tcha in Paris, has set up shop in Beaune in the brand-new restaurant at the Hotel Voco. Entitled Le Monaka, the restaurant is an ode to Burgundian cuisine and fresh, local produce. On the food side, you'll also discover traditional French dishes borrowing typical Asian flavors. Veal sweetbreads revisited, yellowtail carpaccio or beef tataki with sweet potato noodles are cooked in surprising but delicious ways. The sommelier will suggest the ideal wine to accompany your dish.
