Behind this new hotel concept we discover Hortense and Armand Groz, already owners of the Première Classe Hotel in Beaune. This new hotel, managed by their Victorian son, is the result of a large investment and eight months of work, to transform and renovate an old establishment that has been closed for several years. The result: an independent hotel that recognizes two stars and offers small prices for superior benefits. The Coto Hotel focuses on the charm of its atmosphere and decoration. All 38 rooms each have a colorful theme (blue, yellow, orange, pink, green), a vintage wallpaper, a design lamp and 1970 ' s style furniture. The result is clean just as it needs and nevertheless very fashionable. The detail that doesn't cheat on the concern to do well is… in the bathroom: The paper is matched with the color of the room! The perfect balance was found. Air conditioning is available in all rooms. In the area of public areas, there is a press space whose design is like the rooms, simple but stylized and warm. Enjoy the breakfast room with a joyful atmosphere and colorful furniture. The staff were very helpful and helpful. A concept that will surely make many followers and reconciles us with the category 2 stars. There are many restaurants nearby and Beaune city center is 15 minutes walking distance.
