This former auction house belonging to Élisée Epailly, first auctioneer of the Hospices de Beaune wine auction, was transformed into a 3-star hotel by successors Claude Epailly and his wife Elyane. Completely renovated, Les Remparts Hôtels et Demeures Historiques is now a 4-star family mansion with a tower, glazed roofs and a superb courtyard, all set against the 15th-century ramparts. Bruno and Emmanuelle Epailly have turned it into a magnificent boutique hotel. Book online, breakfast is included!

L'hotel est très beau, bien placé et le service au top
La chambre était belle même si on aurait aimé une belle chambre vue sur le site mais on ne peut pas tout avoir :)
