A new team took over Carline in 2015, who takes advantages of all the highlights of this establishment and who has been perfectly developing its potential since then. A modernization effort has been undertaken for the greatest pleasure of the regulars and new guests as well. The rooms are coloured in trendy way, between red and grey, sometimes taupe, beige and even with green tones. Some rooms have a view on the park or on the pool, you are given precision at the time of the rental. The 41 rooms of the address are thus well-equipped and modern, they totally meet the expectation of the category. Ideally located at the door of Beaune, Carline has its restaurant where we readily have our meal without necessarily being the guest. It is an excellent Beaune's address which also managed to make all the efforts to renew, its chef, Sylvain Brugnot faithful to the address plays a big part in that. The breakfast room that looks out into the gorgeous outdoor swimming offers some small satisfactions in the address.
