BARBIZIER
Julian Gouverd, also manager of the Biz'tro next door, gives a nod to his history. His grandfather created the Javel Barbizier cleaning products company in Besançon in 1938. Subdued atmosphere, pastel decoration with a wall covered with polaroids of the year's parties. The magazine-style menu is extensive: excellent wines, whiskies, gins, mojitos. The Mocktails, tasty cocktails, intense and without alcohol, are to be tried! An amuse-bouche is offered, if you are still hungry, charcuterie boards, sandwiches, burgers and tapas are excellent snacks.
