The festival takes the form of a garden party in the Théâtre de Verdure, a small park located at the foot of the Comédie rampart on boulevard du Maréchal-Joffre, on the site of the town's former bains-douches. The Parc de la Bouzaize is a lively place for children, and in July hosts the Journée des Enfants (Children's Day), with fun activities for young and old alike. Throughout the summer, numerous tours of the town are offered by the tourist office, and there are a number of concerts leading up to the Heritage Days in mid-September.
