The fair, organized by the tourism section of Beaune's Clos Maire high school, was a great success. Held every year on the second weekend of October, visitors pay an entrance fee to taste over 400 varieties of cheese from all over France, and different vintages of wine from some 20 wineries. You'll also find bread prepared for the Groupement des Boulangers Beaunois and Les Minoteries de Parcey, as well as a wide range of mouth-watering products (honey, sweets, foie gras...). A real weekend for gourmets!
