THE COOK'S ATELIER
Created in 2009 by Marjorie Taylor, former chef of the Ruby Beat Gourmet restaurant in Phoenix, Arisona, The Cook's Workshop is a cooking class for beautiful and good things. Its installation in an Alsace street loft makes the place very endearing. Since November 2013, The Cook's Workshop is located above AP Wine, the fine wine and grocery store that is now part of this environment. Classes are held on Wednesdays and Saturdays, market days in Beaune. From 10 a. m. to 2 p. m., with Marjorie after the races, you learn to prepare 5 dishes that you enjoy with your teacher and friends. The formula, including wines, is 250 € person.
