The Abbey cellars are a place entirely reserved for the œnotourisme, which at the moment can be a wine shop, a tasting room, a bed and breakfast room, a tasting course to a concert room with the possibility of organizing music horse and listening to vinyl on a state-of-the-art chain. A lively place around the wine by Guillaume Grandin and Seo Yang, both professionals in oenology and viticulture. Past the simple entrance door, you get down to old Cistercian cellars of the th century with an exceptional stamp. We come to the Abbey cellars to discover, taste and learn the wine around selections from an excellent network of wine growers of France, Burgundy, Savoie, Rhône, Languedoc or Loire. From simple advice, through a commented tasting, or even a Burgundian meal in accordance with the wines, the Abbey Cellars adapt to the desires and needs of each. There are also tasting courses available. The Cellars of the Abbey are distinguished from the wine cellar by an offer of specialists and dedicated to œnotourisme lovers.
