Created in 1974 by the Bureau Interprofessionnel des Vins de Bourgogne, the school offers certified training courses, oenology courses and tailor-made courses. Since May 2023, the school has joined the Cities of Climats and Wines with a unique concept of tasting workshops and sensory awakening: the ideal way to discover Burgundy wines and acquire the notions of tasting. Food and wine matching workshops, sommelier's advice, the Millésime effect, multi-sensory experiences at the top.

All year round in the Cités des Climats et vins de Bourgogne (Beaune, Mâcon, Chablis) and Cités de la gastronomie (Dijon). 45-minute workshops to learn how to look at, smell and taste wines, from €22 to €33.50 depending on the theme, including a tasting of 3 Burgundy wines.
