Adjacent to the hotel CEP, this house on 4 levels is doubly accessible:
- Independently, by the rampart of the Hôtel Dieu,
- Directly from cellar to cellar from our courtyard the Madonna.
This townhouse can accommodate friends or family (up to 6 people) who will take full advantage of the following facilities:
- A specifically restored cellar, fitted out with home cinema, bar and lounge,
- A huge ground floor with a spacious fitted kitchen opening onto a living room, also including a toilet, a shower room and a bathroom with bathtub,
- A first floor comprising a bedroom, a shower room, a living room, opening onto a landscaped terrace, ideal for BBQs,
- A second floor crawl space with another bedroom.
