Le parcours est assez interactif : c'est comme si nous étions nous-même des grains de moutarde... mouture, mouillage et séchage au programme au début de l'exposition.
Notre guide était très bien informée et répondait volontiers à toutes nos questions.
Seul petit bémol : la visite en anglais et français a eut lieu en meme temps, du coup ça a durer assez longtemps et la moitié de la visite nous n'avions rien à faire. J'imagine que c'est faute de demande lors d'une période moins touristique.
On retrouve miles saveurs de moutarde dans la boutique où tout se déguste avec des grisini (expérience à ne pas manquer!) et où l'animatrice donne de super idées recettes.
Une expérience très intéressante et on reçoit même 4 petits pots de moutarde gratuits à la fin de la visite!
