Hélice is the boutique of Karine Obriot, who has a passion for snails and whose main supplier is Maison Billot, specialists in Burgundy snails since 1796. The Helix pomatia are harvested and the parsley is prepared with butter from Normandy, pink garlic from Lautrec and salt from the Camargue. Here, they can be enjoyed fresh at any time of day: a dozen served with a glass of Chablis - enjoy! In shell, fresh, frozen, cooked, everything is excellent.

I was very happy to find this delightful artisan business. Karine the owner was kind and full of passionate information about her products . Here you can try the escargot which is grown naturally and not farmed in all different ways with the chance to eat in house or products to take home. They even have skincare!! Don't hesitate to try a french classic here. Top quality!! Merci Karine

Un moment de grâce et de poésie grâce à une propriétaire charmante et à des produits cuisinés de grande qualité ! Chaque note de la partition jouée est accompagnée d'un mouvement doux et calme. Et celui-ci prend un élan symphonique à la bouchée sublimée par l'excellent Chablis proposé. Un immense merci pour ce moment partagé !
