Enjoy Fallot has two boutiques in Beaune and Dijon. Fallot is Burgundy's last family-run, independent, artisanal mustard factory. You'll find bulk mustard dispensers, where you can have your Fallot-stamped stoneware jar filled. Super visite avec un guide dynamique et incollable sur la moutarde, la maison Fallot et la région. Nous avons passé un très bon moment et la visite fût riche en surprises (réalisation de notre moutarde, dégustation). Nous recommandons !

De passage ce jour afin d’acheter quelques pots de moutardes je remercie l’équipe de vente ainsi que le geste commercial. Je recommande le lieu qui est riche tant en saveurs qu’en Histoire.

Mostarda autêntica, feita com pedra para preservar todos os sabores: uma receita única, a mostarda da Borgonha, com um sabor inconfundível e o picante tão característico. Uma "mesa giratória" para provar as principais variedades antes de comprar. Único ponto negativo: o cheiro na fábrica é enjoativo e irrita os olhos durante a visita.
