You'll find bulk mustard dispensers, where you can have your Fallot-stamped stoneware jar filled. You can taste different kinds of mustards there, but they are all spicy!!! "I don't do mild here" is the straight answer from the shop owner. I liked the Dijon mustard the best! Fun experience

Une expérience exceptionnelle ! Nous avons participé à une dégustation de moutardes animée par une dame passionnée et compétente. Ses explications étaient claires et instructives, nous permettant de faire de belles découvertes gustatives. Elle a su nous guider à travers les subtilités de chaque variété de moutarde et nous a donné de précieux conseils sur les accords mets-moutarde. Vraiment génial ! Nous recommandons vivement cette expérience à tous les amateurs de moutarde et de gastronomie.
