After being voted Best Pastry Chef in France in 2015, Fabien Berteau opened his own pastry shop in Beaune. A boutique that evolved in 2024 to better showcase his subtle creations. In his chic boutique, he offers pastries with delicate flavors, but his specialty remains cheesecake accompanied by seasonal fruits. Pavlova, saint-honoré, lemon tart, everything is revisited for our greatest pleasure. The tea room, Le Garden, is now opposite the patisserie.

Et franchement ; la qualité est au rendez-vous. On a le croustillant de la pâte feuilletée et un appareil d’une onctuosité inégalée. Un bijou comestible avec un parfum de vanille absolument incroyable.
Bref, appelez votre banquier, dites-lui que c’est pour la bonne cause et foncez vous régaler!
Il y a de très bons pâtissier à Beaune mais seuls les meilleurs savent révolutionner les classiques.
Le millefeuille est au même niveau.
