After being voted Best Pastry Chef in France in 2015, Fabien Berteau opened his own pastry shop in Beaune. A boutique that evolved in 2024 to better showcase his subtle creations. In his chic boutique, he offers pastries with delicate flavors, but his specialty remains cheesecake accompanied by seasonal fruits. Pavlova, saint-honoré, lemon tart, everything is revisited for our greatest pleasure. The tea room, Le Garden, is now opposite the patisserie.

Le cheesecake est tout simplement excellent, le flan également. Nous nous sommes régalés! Nous y sommes retournés 3 fois en une semaine.
