After being voted Best Pastry Chef in France in 2015, Fabien Berteau opened his own pastry shop in Beaune. A boutique that evolved in 2024 to better showcase his subtle creations. In his chic boutique, he offers pastries with delicate flavors, but his specialty remains cheesecake accompanied by seasonal fruits. Pavlova, saint-honoré, lemon tart, everything is revisited for our greatest pleasure. The tea room, Le Garden, is now opposite the patisserie.

Adorable.
Eine Patisserie zum dahinschmelzen. Wahnsinns Auswahl an kleinen Köstlichkeiten und einfach verdammt lecker. Wir waren zu 12. hier und es wurde keiner enttäuscht. Alle bestellten Törtchen, Macarons oder Nachtisch des Tages waren Weltklasse.
Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Diese Patisserie ist wirklich absolut empfehlenswert! Alles dort schmeckt einfach unfassbar gut. Ich habe mir jeden einzelnen Tag in Beaune dort etwas geholt und mich durch das Sortiment probiert. Ganz ganz toll! Die einzig richtige Wahl.

Mai detto che il dolce preso è quello che lei dice, infatti abbiamo preso la brioche tonda con crema e la crema non è piaciuta perché senza gusto.
La inviterei invece a far si che i suoi collaboratori usino maggiore cortesia verso i clienti. non è piaciuta né a me, né a chi mi accompagnava.
Scortesi oltre modo! Entriamo, consumiamo 2 paste grandi e 2 caffè e chiedo un cubetto di ghiaccio, chiarendo che mi ero fatta male a un dito, mi guarda per un pò, sembra riflettere e mi dice che non ce l'ha ( in un bar pasticceria dove hanno i gelati? Possono non avere un cubetto di ghiaccio?) Prima di uscire vedo che serve un bibita con ghiaccio.... le paste non degne del prezzo pagato, la crema non era buona. Toilette non funzionante ma non segnalato, nessun cartello. Non comprendo la valutazione di 4,5.
