Opened in autumn 2013, the winery Paul Michel is located in the heart of a small courtyard, in the Rue des restaurants beaunois. It is not surprising, therefore, that Laurent Duley's boutique has already reached a great reputation among the city's conservators, but also among individuals. It is probably also because Laurent has already worked as a merchant for 20 years before opening his own cellar. He is well acquainted with Burgundy wine growers and about 150 in his shop. The prices it offers are as low as possible. The cellar also has an impressive beer radius with more than 300 references… and strong alcohols are also well represented. The top 50 of the whiskies and its top 20 of the rums are appreciated. Add to all this that it is one of the few wine merchants in Beaune able to host one or more buses.
