Founded in 1750, this is one of the oldest houses in Beaune. Michel Bouchard, draper and wine merchant, and later his son Joseph, established the family here. Visit the Hôtel du Conseiller du Roy, a superb residence dating from 1743. The "Discovery" tour includes a sensory, playful and interactive 5-sensory tour, and a tasting of 5 wines that opens the 18th-century cellars. The "Souvenir" tour includes a Premier Cru and Grand Cru tasting, and you leave with a souvenir bottle. In the boutique, bottles to suit all tastes.

Cadre sympa, beau domaine , dommage que le guide avait seul préoccupation de peaufiner son anglais ( 8 personnes françaises 2 anglaise) nous avons subi la visite en Anglais donc agréable pour les uns désagréable pour nous ( on comprenais rien comme les autres personnes de notre groupe
