For over 35 years, Thierry Prat has been building relationships with Burgundy's finest estates to offer a wide range of wines. His unique concept, created over 10 years ago, offers 40 wines by the glass, including Grands Crus and Old Vintages. Millésimes à la Carte offers the widest variety of Domaine des Hospices de Beaune wines in the world, with over 150 different cuvées. You can buy a bottle from the 3,000-bottle collection of old vintages, some of which date back to 1858.

Expérience de dégustation extraordinaire. Nous avons dégusté d excellents vins et avons été accompagnés avec beaucoup de pédagogie pour la dégustation. Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses. Je recommande vraiment. Nous sommes revenus le lendemain acheter du vin. Très grande écoute pour nous aider dans notre choix. Nous avons pour le moment ouvert une seule bouteille qui nous a plu.

We enjoyed a tasting with Alex while staying in Beaune. His passion for the area and the resulting production is wonderful to see.
We learnt about premium wines from vineyards throughout Burgundy. We were able to taste excellent wines and even vintages I didn't expect which was really appreciated.
I love that it's a family business too.
It's a short walk from the city centre that is well worth it.
