His unique concept, created over 10 years ago, offers 40 wines by the glass, including Grands Crus and Old Vintages. Millésimes à la Carte offers the widest variety of Domaine des Hospices de Beaune wines in the world, with over 150 different cuvées. You can buy a bottle from the 3,000-bottle collection of old vintages, some of which date back to 1858.

Bonjour, nous avons eu la chance de découvrir les vins grâce à un cours personnalisé et individuel. Différentes formules sont possibles selon les vins dégustés. Le cours a été adapté à nos souhaits, nos connaissances au préalable (débutants ++). Le cours à 2 étaient très appréciable, on a été mis à l'aise et on a pu poser nos questions et progresser.
Localisation pratique avec parking.
Grande variété de vins que père et fils sauront vous conseiller!
On recommande ++ sans parler du rapport qualité/prix !

We had a fantastic and very informative tasting.
You can pick the price level of the tasting and mix it up as they are quite flexible and accommodating, so we tasted 3 whites and 5 reds.
It’s much better than going to a single winery as they guide you through a journey of the whole region with all the differences of soil and micro climate. On top of that the service is super friendly and knowledgeable.
Best decision, as it gave us a good overview and introduction to Burgundy and it’s plethora of vineyards.

Idéalement situé à l’entrée de Beaune avec un petit parking (pour charger les caisses de vins!) très bel assortiment de vins de Bourgogne - je recommande particulièrement les dégustations qui permettent de se familiariser avec la région et même de goûter certains vins vraiment exceptionnels. Accueil très sympathique, très calé sur le terroir et les domaines et personnalisé !
